Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you receive a text confirmation from Fresha. I reserve the right to request a non refundable deposit or full upfront payment to secure your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours, same day cancellations, or no shows will incur 100% of the treatment cost. Rescheduling on the same day will also be considered a cancellation, with the full treatment cost applied.
Clients arriving late may have their treatment time adjusted accordingly, while the full treatment fee will still apply. If you choose to amend your treatment duration, for example from 90 minutes to 60 minutes, the original booking fee will remain in place.
Health & Medication Notice: Any changes to medications, health conditions, or relevant medical information must be disclosed at least 48 hours before the treatment. This allows me to assess whether the treatment is safe to carry out. Failure to provide timely notice that results in cancellation of the treatment will be treated as a last minute cancellation, and full payment will still be required.
Payments for treatments must be made within 24 hours after the appointment. A 5% late fee will be applied daily to any outstanding balance until it is fully paid, and no future bookings can be made until all balances, including fees, are cleared.
If you are feeling unwell, please contact me as soon as possible. At my discretion, I may offer one courtesy reschedule, subject to availability. Please note that all deposits or upfront payments remain non refundable.
