Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you receive a text confirmation from me.
A follow up message will be sent 72 hours prior to your appointment, after which you’ll have 24 hours to pay a non refundable 50% deposit to secure your booking. If the deposit is not received within this time frame, the appointment will be released and offered to another client.
Cancellations or rescheduling made after a deposit has been paid are non refundable.
Rescheduling on the same day will be considered a cancellation, and the full treatment cost will apply.
Same day cancellations or no-shows will also incur a 100% charge of the treatment cost.
Clients arriving late to their appointment may have their treatment time adjusted accordingly, while the full treatment fee will still apply.
Should you choose to amend your treatment duration (for example, from 90 minutes to 60 minutes), the original booking fee will remain in place.
If you are feeling unwell, please contact me as soon as possible. At my discretion, I may offer one courtesy reschedule, subject to availability. Please note that all deposits remain non refundable.
All outstanding balances must be cleared prior to making any future bookings.
