Maybe your loved one has an aching back, a clenched jaw from grinding their teeth, or the tension of starting a new job. Perhaps they’ve just welcomed a new baby and look for a moment to unwind, or their skin simply needs a little extra TLC. Whatever they’re going through, my treatments are designed to restore balance, ease discomfort, and offer a moment of stillness when it’s needed most.
With gift vouchers, they can enjoy a bespoke treatment with me at one of my locations or in the comfort of home, please check that your area is covered before purchasing a home visit voucher.
Vouchers can be purchased for any value or treatment, and can be delivered as a physical voucher on premium card stock or e-voucher by email.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions (Q&A)
How long is my voucher valid for?
All vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date. The expiry date is shown on the voucher.
My voucher is expired, can I still use it?
Unfortunately, no. All vouchers past their expiry date will be donated to a member of the community chosen by me who is in need but cannot afford the treatment.
Can I get a refund or exchange for cash?
No. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative monetary value.
Can I change the voucher amount or split it?
The amount cannot be altered, split, or transferred without prior agreement.
Lost or damaged voucher?
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. Please treat your voucher like cash.
I got a voucher but you don’t cover my area. What can I do?
You’re welcome to use your voucher at one of my locations. Unfortunately, I am unable to cover all parts of London for home visits, so please check coverage before purchasing a home visit voucher.
I have a voucher but your working hours don’t work for me.
Occasionally, I offer outside of hours slots for an additional cost. Please message me directly for availability and details.
I got a voucher for a treatment, does it include the travel fee?
If the voucher is for a specific treatment, the travel fee is not included. Any additional services or fees can be paid on top of the voucher.
Where can vouchers be used?
Vouchers can be redeemed for any eligible treatment at one of my locations, or where available at home. Additional travel fees may apply.
Is Click & Collect available?
Not always. Please contact me in advance to see if this option can be arranged.
